I see I've gone and done it again and it's not even like I had the excuse of being busy.  Hmmm....about the only excuse I can think of is that the new computer thinks it's funny to only connect to the internet about half the time.  I have actually done some new things including a cute little whip out of chainmail, but have been lax also in taking new pics. The good news is that the Giants won the Superbowl hehe.  As someone who is disowned if she doesn't root for the Giants - thanks Dad - I was most please to see them pull it out.  It also snowed in GA this year - go know.  Definitely a pleasant afternoon sitting all cozy under a blanket wat

So now I'm depressed in addition to keeping company with my old friends doubt and fear.  In less than two days now I'll be sitting a table at the 'elf show' .  I'm starting to freak just a weeny bit since this will be my first 'showing' at an event designed specifically for sales of my handcrafted goodies.  I know several folks who read this journal exhibit with their shiny bits so I just have to ask the question - how many of these do I have to do before the butterflies go away and it becomes just another day or do I just resign myself to a bit of nervous tension?  ;) I actually did start keeping a 'design' journal.  Writing - by hand no le

So it seems to be official - the old computer is toasted, but the good news is that this year I'm so thankful to have such a caring roommate.  I don't know if he was cranky with me using his to check the business email or what but he surprised me by coming home on Wednesday with a brand new computer for me!  Realistically it's still going to be a royal pain to relocate everything from the toasted hard drive to the new baby, but hey - in the meantime I don't have to worry about hitting up the library or begging the roomie for internet access.  ;)  Now to hunt up where I hid my photo software.....
